Maria restaurant, in Guincho, Portugal, and the creativity of the award-winning Chef Miguel Laffan, combined to honor the flavors of the Portuguese coast, the true star of this Atlantic Fish Bar: a differentiating concept that joins convenience and luxury in a shopping mall food court.

Porto Sta. Maria restaurant and the award-winning Chef Miguel Laffan, joined efforts to create the first Atlantic Fish Bar in Portugal: a new concept that joins convenience and luxury in a busy food court. Barbatana — ‘fin’ in Portuguese — was created exploring the beauty associated with flavour, and resulting in a convenient and sophisticated environment. Located in the most premium shopping center in Lisbon, Amoreiras, Barbatana’s contemporary identity is inspired by the ocean and the beauty of the marine fauna.
